In the late 19th century, Tom Kha was not a soup, it was a dish of chicken or duck simmered in a light coconut broth with a generous amount of galangal. It was then served with a basic roasted chili jam as a dipping relish. Today Tom Kha is made as soup in Thailand and in our Tom Kha is the perfect mix of coconut, galangal and thai herbs that make the soup an complete authentic Thai meal.
IT´S THAT EASY TO DO
Everything you need to finish the dish is an ordinary pot, a spoon, scissors, a little water and a hob.
READY TO COOK
You have to do a little yourself, we've just made it ready for you. The vegetables are cut and blanched, the sauce is made and the meat is pre-cooked and seasoned. You can decide if the dish should have a stronger taste of chili or if the cashews are to be addedes.

Take the food out of the freezer, follow the steps above and you will have a perfect Thai dish in under 10 minutes.
ON THE SIDE
If you want a side of rice, you can begin by cooking it. When the rice is on the stovetop, you can start the preparation of Sansee Thai Food. Side dishes are not included.
TIME IN MIN.
Boil 1/2 dl of water in a regular pot
Add the sauce with chicken when the water boils
Add the vegetables and boil them for approx. 1 - 2 minn
Add lime and extra chili if you like.

During cooking, you will sense a wonderful scent of Thailand.
In Thailand, Tum Kha is usually served with plain white Jasmine rice. . Alternatively, the dish may be served with brown rice or bread.
The soup can be eaten without side dishes.

The dish is prepared with no chili, but by adding all the supplied chilli powder, the dish will become hot.
